Could not be more impressed. I found Scott after conducting a bid process with 3 others from mybuilder.com. To be fair to the other builders, they all appeared to be high quality. Scott's differences, which swung my decision, were that he presented one of the fairest prices (also clear on the costs covered), he suggested some good ideas, he was practical and covered all the bases, and he was precise and came across as a bit of perfectionist. I like perfectionists. Details are important. He also committed to be on site daily making sure that any of the trades people that he used were clear on what to do and doing it correctly. Every single thing that he said he would do, he did. The job was completed on time and I would say that he and his team have overall exceeded our expectations. He encountered some issues, with our house, not of his making, and solved them as part of the job. He could not have been fairer and more honest. Another key quality that Scott brings is communication. He keeps you informed on plan and progress and always asks if there is a decision on which he thinks your input is needed. He checks in regularly to make sure you are happy with the progress. Even before he started the job, he helped us with suppliers and checked what we were planning to order to make sure they would fit/work. This was extremely helpful. He also recommended Pitsea Tiles. I recommend Scott WITHOUT hesitation. I am not easily pleased but he was brilliant
